For all ZX Spectrum fans! Three decades ago, the working class of Yugoslavia longed for a computer experience. The state administration ambitiously planned the computerization of the country but at the same time prohibited its citizen to import home computers. But this did not stop the young enthusiasts to take the front line in the expansion of popular computing. Documentary Technology to the People tells a story about 8-bit scene in Slovenia. About Radio Student who has aired the software, Moj Mikro magazine, the first home-brew game Kontrabant. About smuggling and the software piracy. It tells a story about a creative outburst, which we can from this historic distance only admire . But it can make us laugh as well.
