Stanley Howard and his wife have lived on the countryside of Silver Ridge for nearly 35 years. A retired mechanic and a vet of the Vietnam War, he lives a quiet life doing nothing but tinker around with his classic vintage car. When his family visits, he faces different emotional obstacles that push him towards the edge, but all this is too familiar. He can't help but go back to what he knows best, fixing his old car. Stanley seems to be losing his grip on reality, a story of a man suffering with fleeting memories.
