Throughout their married life, Chris and Rose have poured their energy into the success of their family's maritime gospel band. However, their domestic bliss dissolves and tensions rise when an obscure song written and performed by Rose suddenly rises to the top of the mainstream charts. This film explores the themes of religion, control, jealousy, dominance and freedom,. The film celebrates the best in award winning east coast bands including Hot Toddy, Rose Cousins, The Olympic Symphonium, and Isaac and Blewitt.
